What is the Blend Brew Love box?
We give fellow brew lovers the opportunity to make your own signature blend to create, infuse and love at home. We provide you with the tools and a bit of guidance to get you started and the rest is up to you!
Where do you source your tea ingredients?
We source natural and organic loose leaf tea leaves, fruits and herbs from an Australian owned, family operated supplier. These ingredients have been sourced from many magical areas around the world with strict growing standards. The organic ingredients have been 'Australian Certified Organic' and the natural or wild-crafted ingredients sourced from chemical free areas.
What is the best way to store my tea?
In an airtight container in a dry, cool place away from heat and out of the refrigerator or freezer. Make sure the container you select protects against exposure to light, humidity and high temperatures where possible.
Where do you ship?
We have FREE SHIPPING to all states within Australia.
When will my order be shipped?
Single boxes will be shipped within four business days and dispatched via courier or Australia Post.
For Season boxes, if you pre-order the upcoming season’s box, it will be shipped at the start of the next season.
A new Season box will be dispatched every 3 months as follows:
- Summer - December 1
- Autumn - March 1
- Winter - June 1
- Spring - September 1
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number. You can check your order status at any time via this email. If you have any problems feel free to send us an email via the Contact Us page.
How much is the box?
A Single Box is $54 including shipping.
A Season Box subscription is $48 including shipping every 3 months or $192 annually. Season Box payments will be deducted prior to the dispatch of the new season box.
How many boxes do I get with the subscription?
When you subscribe to the Season Box (Annual or 3 Monthly option) you will receive four boxes per year.
If you purchase a Single Box you will receive one box.
How can I can I update my postal address or payment details?

How do I cancel my subscription?
We would hate for the tea fun to end but you can cancel at anytime! Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel or log into your subscription account. There is no fee to cancel and will be done next business day after the request has been made.
If you cancel your subscription no further payments will be withdrawn.
If you have had an order go through with payment deducted before cancellation, your order will still be shipped.
If you have made payment for a yearly subscription you will still receive the remaining boxes for that year.
When will my subscription end?
Our Season box subscriptions are for a maximum of four boxes. If you wish to cancel please refer to the above information.
